Innovation in Energy Access: Workshop [sold out] & Happy Hour [still available]

Innovation in Energy Access

The afternoon workshop is aimed at professionals working on sustainable energy access in remote areas. We are bringing together start-ups, financiers, academics, and manufacturers for an interactive workshop that promises collaboration and debate on issues surrounding global access to electricity. The workshop will have three sessions of panelists focused on different topics related to energy access:

  • Pay-as-you-Go - Using technology and payment models to enable energy access
  • Crowdfunding - Financing to energy access in emerging markets
  • Last Mile Distribution - Delivering energy products and services to remote customers

Speakers and panelists will include Kiva, SunFunder, Mosaic, Angaza Design, Powerhive, Lumeter, Fenix International, Living Goods, SunnyMoney/SolarAid, and We Care Solar.

After the workshop, there will be a happy hour event for attendees to continue the discussion and share their work in energy access.
