Real Estate Happy Hour - Current market conditions - Challenges & Opportunities

Hello Real Estate Moguls,

Quick Reminder to all members that have not RSVP'd yet. Hope to see you all tomorrow!

Its been a while since we connected. Let's meet, grab a drink and discuss our favorite topic - REAL ESTATE INVESTING. If you have needs like partners, funds, inventory, whether you are a borrower or lender, then do come and share your needs with the group.

We will also have information on Private Money lending and how to best present your project. If you are a lender, then we would like to hear from you. If you have a property that you want to wholesale, then this is also a great event to network at.

I will also provide some insights into other markets as well. There is life beyond Nor Cal.

4:00 to 5:30: Networking. Announcements. Bring your business cards. The location is highly rated and has plenty of parking and a great/inexpensive HH menu.

5:30 to 6:00: updates on investing out of state. As California market continues to heat up, should you be taking money off the table?

We will be sharing ideas on how to invest securely and with an experienced, reputable team.

BTW, if anybody has a conference room/auditorium (free or inexpensive) on the East Bay that we can use, then please do let me know. Some of the agents/brokers may have some space for us to meet in. Would be very grateful if you can reach out to me.

As always, our gratitude goes out to Louis Bardis of FJM Capital ([masked]) for supporting our meetup.

Happy Investing.

A lot of good information was shared in the informal setting.

Bobby, thanks for putting on the event together. I enjoyed the relaxed, conversational atmosphere -- good sharing of thoughts and experience. Real estate and beer make a great combination :-) Some very interesting topics and great people. I look forward to the next event!

I'm not going to be able to attend. I was looking forward to meeting everyone so I am pretty upset. Hope to meet you all at the next event. If anyone takes notes, please e-mail me what you have.

I'm looking forward to this meetup! However, I probably won't arrive until about 5:45 and worried that it might be over by then. Will there still be folks around?

I am pretty sure the Farmers Market will be going on tomorrow. Parrot St is closed off during this time so you will likely need to park in the lot across 14th and walk to the Englander.

Bobby, I know you can reserve a room at the Ygnacio Valley Library for free. It is not at a convenient location, I would check with the other libraries. Concord - Free , Walnut Creek - Charges.

Thanks Wendy! I will reach out to those libraries. Hope to see you at our next event.
