Jackie Welch is a Southern Girl born in Birmingham Ala.  She completed her formal education at Tenn. State Univ. where she majored in Business Adm.  She entered the corporate workforce directly from college landing her 1st job with General Motors, Buick division, Flint MI. After completing her training she re-located to Southern California by GM and decided to trade in her “Snow Shovel” for the Sunshine state of CA.

Jackie, recently “Retired” from her current employer after 28 years of corporate service, holding numerous positions thru out her career from: Client Delivery Manager, Business Development Executive, Account Manager, to Sales Executive.  Her career path has provided extensive learning and training in the area of:

-  Quality Lean Six Sigma  (Yellow Belt)

-  Customer Satisfaction

-  Quick Solver

-  Challenger Sales Training etc.

-  LEAP (Leadership Excellent and Achievement Program)

Jackie currently resides in the bay area Fremont, CA. with her family daughter Sydney 14, and husband of 26 years Shelton. She is a very active member in the community, and belongs to several organizations consisting of: Fremont Chamber of Commerce, Board Member, Girl Scout Troop Leader, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, BIG member, PTSA, ICF, (International Coaching Federation) Silicon Valley Black Chamber of Commerce, ABWA and most recently selected to participate in The Fremont Leadership Program Class of 2014.

She has been recognized by these organizations and received the following awards:

-  California State PTA Honorary Service Award

-  Ida L. Jackson Service Award (Alpha Kappa Alpha)

In preparation for her next chapter, Jackie is now a Certified Life Coach with a driven focus in the area of “Time Management” helping others to transition from Busy to yielding Result:
