Have you been out door climbing before? If you haven't, it's all good.

Have been on a few outdoor climbs to Cragmont and Castle Rock.

are you a member of a climbing gym?

Touchstone, home base Ironworks.

Do you have climbing gear? (personal - Harness, ATC, shoes) (General - Rope, anchoring gear, crashpads, trad gear, etc)

Aside from my own personal safety equipment, I have a rope and enough gear for 2-3 three anchors, either on bolts or trees. I don't have any stoppers, cams, or other protection gear (yet).

My best indoor climbing is about 5.10c top rope. I've been outdoor a few times and have taken a couple of Richard's anchoring classes. And I come with anchoring gear and climbing rope included.
