Hello and welcome.
We are a group of change work practitioners offering an ongoing series of experiential personal growth workshops that provides a safe container to explore and begin to shift our old unwanted patterns due to past trauma and unhealthy self-beliefs. Through the process of self-exploration and guided experiential exercises, we will begin to resolve the underlying contributing factors for anxiety, stress, OCD, insecurity, PTSD, self-sabotage, negative self-talk, sadness around family and self, destructive self-judgment, lack of connection, low self-esteem and confidence. When we're able to overcome the driving force that keeps us stuck, we are able to start having what we want most in life - Love, healthy intimate relationships, friendships, connection, happiness, success, better self-esteem & confidence, and healthier self-beliefs about one's self (lovable, good enough, worthy, deserving).
Once you have gone through this process, you’ll get that wonderful “amazed” feeling when you're able to step in and experience what your life looks and feels like NOW that you can finally have what you desire the most. With that clarity, comes a sense of excitement that your new life is now possible. You'll feel empowered knowing that you're finally able to take action to make this happen NOW.
