BIketoberfest Marin

Sat., Oct 10, 11-6 p.m., FairAnselm Plaza, Center Blvd, Fairfax
(Iron Springs parking lot)

Biketoberfest Marin is an event for mountain bike and road
cyclists of all ages, featuring northern California bike frame
builders, manufacturers, merchants, bike stores, teams, clubs
and environmental representatives. The event also offers an
open-air Vintage Bike Display, group rides, 18 handcrafted
local micro-breweries, local food caterers offering organic
specialties and 3 Live bands. The event is a fundraiser for
Access 4 Bikes (supports MTB trail access in Marin) and the
Marin County Bicycle Coalition (MCBC). More at: www.

Volunteers will receive complimentary beer tasting bands ($25
value). We need help for:

Prior: pre-planning assistance/keg and infra-structure pick-up,
signage making and placement 1 wk prior

Day of: stage building set-up, decor, volunteer check-in, food
service/ bussing, vendor assistance/check-in, ticket and raffle
sales and general clean-up

After: break down-you strong folks appreciated :-)

Shifts are 3hours-free and you will receive a beer band for

It's a fun event and supports organizations that support MTB
trail access in Marin, so come out, volunteer, ride your bike
and have fun!
