August Announcements

Sid M.
San Francisco, CA
Hi Everyone,

Hands on jQuery Mobile sold out in 2 hours.

I knew this would be popular and I've already been contacted by members regarding a wait list. I'm not doing a wait list, because it results in a lot of people showing up hoping to attend. I'm limiting this session to 50 due to the fact that I won't have any assistants trained on the material, and the material may be a bit rough around the edges.

I will repeat this session at Silicon Valley Code Camp Oct 8/9, please sign up for that event or if you are at Adobe MAX I'll be doing the session there.

I'm sorry I can't have unlimited seating, but I think that would result in a chaotic experience for everyone.

Please update your RSVP if you signed up and change your mind.

Adobe wants feedback from Front End Engineers

Got Feedback?Want to see new & cool stuff? Consult on Adobe's Web Dev & Testing tools.

We are conducting one-on-one consults with web professionals and would love for you to participate. To qualify, you should:

• Be employed in front-end web development

• Spend a good portion of your day working with design comps and writing/editing/publishing HTML/CSS. Expertise with JavaScript isn't a requirement, but very useful.

• You might know how to complete the backend integration with WordPress or Drupal, but it's not a requirement • Lately, you've been optimizing your web projects for mobile and tablet devices

These discussions will be held either at our Downtown San Francisco location or remotely via web conference. Each session will last between 60 and 90 minutes. There will be several opportunities to participate throughout the summer and fall of 2011.

Compensation is $100
