Hi! In 2009 I took my first raw chefting course with Juliano in L.A. -- it was a lot of fun. I've cooked for 100 on a home stove (even more fun). Now I'm looking for more opportunities to gain hands-on experience.
What inspires you to join this community?
I could use the energy-lift, am hoping to get more into preparing raw food soon, and can't think of a better place to do it!
