Mostafa Khalil will be speaking on “vSphere 5.1 Storage Features and Enhancements”.

Mostafa Khalil is a senior staff engineer with VMware Global Support Services. He has worked for VMware for over 13 years and supported all VMware products since VMware for Linux 1.0 (later renamed to VMware Workstation 1.0). He is the author of “Storage Implementation in vSphere 5” from VMware Press. Mostafa Presented as most VMworld and Partner Exchange events since 2004. He is certified as VCDX 3, 4 and 5, VCAP-DCA4, VCAP-DCD4 and 5 as well as VCP2, 3, 4 and 5.

Board member elections will be held; all paying members and other members in good standing are eligible to cast one vote in person for the next round of board members.

If you'd like to become a supporting member of BayLISA, come see any board member at an upcoming meeting. If you'd like to run for an open position on the board, you get free membership and a chance to give back to the Bay Area sysadmin community with a very modest commitment of effort and time.

We are in Culture Club (2051, second floor, across cubeville from the kitchen) this month.

Our meetings are scheduled for 7:30pm on the third Thursday of each month, usually at LinkedIn HQ in Mountain View. Meeting site varies depending on other LinkedIn events, check back closer to the date to be sure.
