Want to be healthy and happy? So do we! This group is for anyone looking to engage in events that promote wellness, physical health, mental health and overall wellbeing. We provide mindfulness based services and are here to help you develop self-awareness and support you in building a life you want to be present for. We offer everything from Mindfulness Hike Retreats and Mindflow Yoga to Group Therapy and Support groups. Through our holistic approach we will guide you to finding the deep reservoirs of strength, joy and peace that already exists inside of you. Learn to change from the inside out and get your life aligned with your values and dreams!

Mindful Movement QiGong will help you relax into your body, emotions, and mind through gentle flows and breath awareness. Designed for everyone, this class will guide you toward vitality, stress reduction, healing, and better health using its foundational principles of Tai Chi and Tao Yin yoga.

All Levels Vinyasa Flow

Delaware Park

All-level yoga is designed for students of all yoga backgrounds, though some yoga experience is recommended. You will move mindfully through a Vinyasa style flow while building strength and balance on the mat. This class will be tailored to the students present in the class, offering modifications where needed. This is a free event every Tuesday and Sunday at Delaware Park
