Want to be healthy and happy? So do we! This group is for anyone looking to engage in events that promote wellness, physical health, mental health and overall wellbeing. We provide mindfulness based services and are here to help you develop self-awareness and support you in building a life you want to be present for. We offer everything from Mindfulness Hike Retreats and Mindflow Yoga to Group Therapy and Support groups. Through our holistic approach we will guide you to finding the deep reservoirs of strength, joy and peace that already exists inside of you. Learn to change from the inside out and get your life aligned with your values and dreams!

It’s easy to feel disconnected from your true self when society teaches you to reach for unrealistic goals. We begin to question who and what we should be and our self critic becomes relentless and overwhelming. Sometimes help is needed to learn how to cultivate your authentic self and be more confident in who you already are. Sacred means important, valued and cared for with compassion. Just how you deserve to feel about yourself. Your journey starts here! Take the first step and join other women who share your same thoughts and feelings. This group gives you the ability to share your inner conflict in a safe and accepting atmosphere so you can develop healthy self compassion. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Mindi knows how to guide you through own your thoughts, teach you to be mindful of your self critic and help you foster more acceptance of yourself through compassion based interventions. By the end of group you will form less judgements of yourself and be more accepting of your true being! Week 1. How to be aware & present using mindfulness Week 2. Emotional Regulation Skills Week 3. Learn to observe & choose thoughts & learn to manage distress Week 4. Increasing emotional resilience & self acceptance Week 5. Healing unworthiness & shame Week 6. Contentment & inner peace Enjoy 6 weeks of sharing, connecting and cultivating empowerment! Make sure to bring your journal or notebook to take notes! Refreshments will be provided. Mindflow Yoga

Her Sanctuary

Learn to keep your mind in flow with your body through mindfulness meditation based instruction. This class teaches you to mindfully keep your attention inside the four corners of your mat. You are gently encouraged not to compare yourself to those practicing around you and to let your body inform your pose rather than the pose inform your body. In this way you embody self-compassion, focus your mind, work with your body rather than against it and master taking your yoga off the mat and into your life! Donation recommendation is $10 or whatever you can give at the time of class!
