Hating your body, obsessing over food, feeling stuck in a cycle of binging, restricting, purging or over exercising. These are common Eating Disorder symptoms that may be causing pain or destruction in your life. Find relief from these symptoms and jump start your healing journey by joining ‘Making Peace with ED’. This 6-week ED support group will help you shift your relationship with food and your body in a safe and accepting environment.

Join Samantha Sessamen, LMHC, Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist for an Eating Disorder Support Group. Closed group for women ages 18-35. $30 per session. Individuals with or without an Eating Disorder Diagnosis are welcome.
