Warrior Cardio at Priority Fitness
Join The Be Fit for Life Community for Warrior Cardio! This is a free workout for all fitness levels! Our workout can include running, lunging, jumping, body weight exercises, resistance bands, free weights, and more. We can make modifications to any exercise, so no matter what fitness level you are at you will be able to do this workout! Join our group of health and fitness enthusiasts to get your weekend started on a positive note! The workout will begin with a great warmup at 8 am every Saturay at Priority Fitness, 10420 Mastin St. Overland Park, KS. Invite your friends and family!

What we're about

This group is for the health and fitness enthusiast who aspires to develop healthy habits that will improve their quality of life! The "Be Fit…For Life" Community was created by Chad Austin and Dr. Kelly Baltuska. Chad is a personal trainer and bootcamp instructor in Lenexa, KS. He is also the host of an internet talk radio show on called Be Fit…For Life. The objective of Chad’s show is to help people overcome the obstacles in their lives that they use as excuses to not make fitness a priority! Kelly is a 2012 graduate from Cleveland Chiropractic College. Kelly encourages his patients to take an interest in their health care with a well-rounded and multifaceted approach that includes: healthy dietary habits and supplementation; regular exercise with both cardiovascular and strength training; a full night’s sleep; prayer and/or meditation and chiropractic adjustments.
