KID FIT CAMP

We will hold a "Beta" Fitness Camp for children. KIDFIT will comprise of various relays, games and activities to inspire kids to "get moving." These activities will run approximately 1 hour. Games and playtime will follow the fitness camp. The KIDFIT will coincide with the regular Saturday Boot Camp that will start at 8:15 a.m. normal. Bring your children to KID FIT for a great time of fun and fitness!!!!

Our desire is to involve as many family members in our Be Fit Club as possible. Our purpose is to promote enthusiasm for health exercise and friendship.

    Our first Kid Fit Camp lead by Larry and his assistant, Hunter was great! The kids did a wonderful job and Larry was such a great leader and inspired the kids to work their 100%. Be sure to come back next week for more of Larry's surprises!!!!

    We don't wish to eliminate any children from participating.They must be old enough to follow basic instruction to play fitness games,take turns in relays etc.Rough guess would be 6-7years old.
