Meditation helps us with securing our energetic foundation during times of massive change or personal re-arrangement within. These sudden changes or transformations can cause depression or disbelieve. When you find yourself in these circumstances which feel like a type of detox, to give yourself some time to meditate often results in rebuilding your foundation. Regain your balance and begin to recover with a new clarity and perspective.
If you're dealing with high stress or anxiety this meditation group can offer a supportive calming space to go inward and become still. All ages are welcome. This is a guided meditation. No experience needed.
