Want to get fit, have fun, and energize your mind, body, and spirit? We are a fun loving group of people who like to support each other and try new things. We also are very casual and take everyone exactly as they are in their true expression. Some of the things we like to do are:
Learn new things, hike, walk around this beautiful city, yoga, meditation, kayak, paddleboard, creative expression (paint night, pottery night, etc), laughter yoga, self discovery exercises, tea & candles networking, dance, eat, mini golf, bowling, zumba, fitness challenges, kickboxing, reflection (in nature), seasonal activities (ski&snowboard, swim, pumpkin carving, healthy cooking), energy healing, cultural activities, and more!
Whether your goal is to get active, lose weight, clear your mind, have fun, or just meet some great new friends, this group is for you! If you have any activities you would like to do, please feel free to suggest them!
