possible topic for next meetup

Hello everyone,

Being new to the raw food diet and trying to incorporate it more and more into our daily lives, I still need more information on making sure we get all of our nutrients. What foods to make sure we include and what to use sparingly to avoid too much fat.

Maybe a demo on some appliances and gadgets people use, like a spiraler, would be helpful. (I made the pesto sauce from the pot luck but used it over cooked spaghetti squash and didn't care for it as much as the raw summer squash that was at the pot luck).

I know Bob had mentioned that he was just getting into learning how to sprout, that would be very helpful also and how about some food safety guidelines, does the food leftovers need to be refridgerated and how long?

Warm hugs

Hi Beverly,

I will keep your ideas in mind as I plan events for our group in the near future. Thanks for the insight!
