Beach Yoga can be a fun and exhilarating workout, while at the same time be calming, peaceful, and relaxing. Beach Yoga is so much more though then just burning a few calories..... it is like exercise for the mind, focusing on breath and Asanas (yoga poses), and using them as an anchor for your mind, a focus for your concentration, and your yoga practice soon becomes more of a moving meditation.
