Join me for a gentle evening class of beginners Hatha yoga. Ideal for anyone new to and returning to yoga. Or maybe you just want to deepen your practise and understanding of the postures. You will learn the safest ways to do yoga that works for your body. We are all uniquely perfect, and what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for another, that doesn't mean you can't do yoga. We just learn to adapt the poses to what is comfortable for our own bodies.
Each week will have a different theme, to help you grow your knowledge of this wonderful spiritual practise, from meditation, to mudras and philosophy, all to help you relax and calm your mind whilst strengthening your body.
£10 per session
Please bring your own mat, as I will have a limited number of supplies on the day
