Teen and Parent Relaxation Sessions

• What we'll do Are your teens struggling to fit in with their friends? Have you noticed they don’t want to go to school or avoid seeing certain friends? Does their behaviour change after they have been on their phone? Are your teens being distant? Feel like you can’t connect?
