  • Choose a DVD from the Insanity collection and "C'MON YA'ALL SSCCCOOOOOOO!!!"

    OR

    Do the following speed work WOD...

    On a treadmill with no incline or trail...

    1. Run 2 miles at 8. (7.30 min mile) 
    2. Jump off and do a kettlebell ladder 10 swings of each of 35lb, 53lb, 70lb. 
    3. 30 fast burpees 
    4. 1 mile run at 9 (6.40 mile) 
    5. Jump off and do a kettlebell ladder 10 swings of each of 35lb, 53lb, 70lb. 
    6. 30 fast burpees 
    7. Run 2 miles at 8. (7.30 min mile) 
    8. Jump off and do a kettlebell ladder 10 swings of each of 35lb, 53lb, 70lb. 
    9. 30 fast burpees

    Collapse!! Drink water...stretch.

    If you can do faster and maintain it...do it! If you have to go slower...work up to those speeds.
