"Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished". -Lao Tzu
One of the most beautiful quotes I've ever heard. Those words are so true and personally those exact words have helped me along in so many ways...especially on our homeschool journey. Maybe they will help you in some way too.
This group is for anyone who homeschools and likes to spend a lot of time in nature! Kids are active and love to explore and get their hands dirty, so any homeschoolers up for that might just love it here!
We put this group together hoping to provide a friendly, loving, welcoming and understanding place for parents and their children. Not only do we want to form life-long friends, we want this to be a welcoming place where we can educate our children through different fun, engaging, group activities. We also want to put our minds and creative ideas together to put something good out into the world, motivating and teaching our children the importance of doing so. We are high energy, happy, positive people looking for more homeschooling friends we can connect with on a true and honest level!
We really want you to be involved, so all members will be able to post events! It is not required you do so but if there is something you find you feel would be great for the kids I'd love for you to post and share!
Liability: Please understand this is a group where we come together to learn and play. Anything can happen at any time and it is your responsibility to watch your child and make sure they are being safe. In no way is this group responsible for anything, for we are all in this at our own risk. If there are any problems with your child and another, let's try to work it out. I feel our children need to understand bullying hurts others and grudges are never good to hold. Let's let them see and understand this world needs more love then hate and lets show them the way to respectfully work out and solve any problems they have together.
When you join, please upload a recent photo of yourself and write a bit about yourself in your bio. This will help us recognize you and it is also for the safety of our group members.
