The countdown to summer is ON!! #MCfitcamp presents our Sweat Saturday MAY-hem Workouts!! Join us 3 Saturday's this month: May 4, May 18 and May 25!

Fun Total Body Workout!! ( We work legs, abs and arms, its a fun surprise every time with our coaches!!) All fitness levels are welcome, modifications will be available! 💪

FREE For the community!! Join our #Beautynbeastdmv Family!!! We're on a mission to make the world a healthier and happier place!! Please feel free to share and invite your friends and family!!

Bring a yoga/exercise mat, water and your workout buddies!! We will be outdoors!! (If inclement weather we will be indoors)

Please arrive at 8:50am, Workout starts promptly at 9am! The workout will be 45 minutes.
