We were meeting at Rune and Board, but they had to start charging a $10 store credit fee to use the space (rising costs and all that), so I polled the group, and they wanted beer over store credit. The new place is just down the street.

Please purchase something in order to support the space :)

Some of our regulars bring games, but I encourage you to bring your own as well :)

Gaming starts close to 5:00, and we start with a warm-up game or two as people arrive till around 5:45 or 6, when we usually pair off for some longer games. Leave a message with your arrival time if you won't make it till say 6 or 6:15 and we'll make sure to wait before starting something too long.

I'm making the official end time 9:00, but the bar closes at 10:00, in case people wanted to try and fit in a longer game :)

There are a few regular attendees that are not on meetup.

Friday night gaming has found a new home. Come join us at Nebulous Taproom for games and drinks. Here are a few notes about Nebulous:

• The taproom allows minors until 9pm. However, that is not a "hard deadline", so any minors still in the taproom are permitted to wrap up their games in a reasonable amount of time.
• The taproom does not serve any food, but they allow outside food to be brought in, and there are several restaurants in the shopping center.
• They do have a couple of non-alcoholic beverages on tap, and have chips and other snacks for sale.
• Their website states that karaoke starts at 9, but it's more like 9:30 or so. We will be using the tables in the front as the karaoke section is towards the back of the taproom.
• Their website also lists their closing time at 10pm, but again this is not a "hard deadline" and attendees are permitted to stay later as long as they can wrap up their games at a reasonable time.
• Our tables will have "Reserved" signs on them.
• We usually start with lighter games while waiting for everyone to show up, then when it looks like everyone is here, we would switch to bigger games.
• If you think you're going to be more than 15 minutes late, be sure to post a comment below, otherwise we will assume that everyone is here and we'll begin playing longer games.
• So come on over and bring some games, and get ready to have some fun!

Try out the new location at Gongaii Games. Easy access off of Allen & Hwy 217. Sweet chairs, free soda/water, purchasable alcohols, and ready-made space for playing board games. Bring your own games or pull games out of their game library. There is no food available here, but you are welcome to bring your own. The store does close at 7pm so set normal meeting time back an hour to allow for cleanup and for games going overtime.
