Many people actually find the holiday season to be the most stressful time of year, so this seemed like a good time for this session!
We will look at the pathways that connect stress to our immune system, mood, sleep, digestion and more. Naturally, there are safe and effective remedies for most stress-related conditions as well as techniques to reduce the intensity of our response to stressful conditions.
