Stressed? Give Me A Break!

Stress is now known to be the number one cause of illness in North America. What is it exactly? Why do some kinds of stress make us perform better and others keep us trapped in a cycle of poor health? Many people actually find the holiday season to be the most stressful time of year, so this seemed like a good time for this session!

We will look at the pathways that connect stress to our immune system, mood, sleep, digestion and more. Naturally, there are safe and effective remedies for most stress-related conditions as well as techniques to reduce the intensity of our response to stressful conditions.

Join Kathleen Morton (ND, retired) and myself for this session and get prepared to weather the season of family, food and freaking out about getting it all perfect! As always, one participant will be chosen to act as a live case for the group and will receive treatment with a homeopathic remedy or something else more appropriate to the case.

I would love to attend, and bring my boyfriend. Unfortunately, his stress levels meant he had to quit his job so money is extremely tight atm. Hopefully you'll have another one about stress in the near future and we'll be able to attend *sigh*.
