Join us for a gentle and refreshing morning yoga class, suitable for complete beginners or those with a bit of experience, and adaptable for many body types. Our classes will be safe, supportive and fun environment to try out some poses, breathing techniques, and basic movement flows. Bring your own mat or we’ll have some to borrow, and join in for a 60 minute class with the option to stay for herbal tea and a chat with the ‘Skill Sharer’ Kim.

Bring: Water bottle, towel and yoga mat (will be some spare to borrow)
This class will be lead by our volunteer Kim, a newly trained yoga teacher who has worked as an occupational therapist in neurological rehabilitation for the last 6 years. She loves yoga and is passionate about sharing it with others in a gentle and supportive way.
This event is part of an eight week series and you can come once or multiple times. Places are limited to 10 people so please be sure to RSVP to secure your spot, and let us know if you can no longer attend as there will be a wait list.
