Remember to bring your own water and wear shoes suitable for walking. Nicole, one of the nurses at the centre, and Jane form Befriend, will lead us on a walk through the local area. Please be prompt - the walk starts from Canning Vale Medical Centre at 8.30. Suitable for varying levels of fitness.
