All welcome to an hour of gentle flow yoga that includes some stretching, balance, strength building, breathing and guided meditation. This is a free community class. Suitable for beginner or experienced yogis. Bring a mat if you have one. RSVP as numbers are limited due to size of space in the Kindle Room upstairs at The Foyer.
