All are welcome to attend an hour of gentle slow flow yoga that includes stretching, breathing, balance, strength building and guided meditation.
This is a free community event suitable for beginners or experienced yogis.
Please bring a yoga mat with you.
Please make sure to RSVP as numbers are limited due to the size of the room. If you are unable to attend please updated your RSVP status to allow others who may be on the wait list to attend.
