All welcome to an hour of gentle slow flow yoga that includes some stretching, balance, strength building, breathing and guided meditation.
This is a free community class in an exchange for your time and open mind. Suitable for beginner or experienced yogis. Bring a mat if you have one.
Only RSVP if you know you can attend as numbers are limited due to the size of space in the Kindle Room upstairs at The Foyer. If you are unable to attend, kindly update your RSVP immediately or allow at least 2 hours prior to start. This is to allow other participants who may be in the waitlist to join in and experience the beautiful benefits of yoga.
