Weekly Beginner Tai Chi Class teaches easy to remember movement sequences and Yang style tai chi form  to people with no previous experience. Tai Chi offers a balanced workout routine that can be done in your own space, indoors or outdoors. Price: $15.00 /per person Please wear exercise clothing and indoor athletic shoes.

 The Chinese have known for many centuries that Tai Chi Chuan was excellent for a person’s body and mind. On the physical side it facilitates digestion, promotes blood circulation, benefits the kidneys and enables the body to utilize large amounts of oxygen through deep and natural breathing.

  Tai Chi Chuan is good for any individual, whether a muscular man or a slender woman, an active adolescent or a white-haired grandmother. It does not strain the body with harsh movements, but tunes up its natural functions. It gives the person the best form of health and fitness.

  The benefits of Tai Chi Chuan on the mind, is as significant as on the body. Our problems may be different, but their effect on us is the same. We suffer from frustrations and tensions in various degrees, resulting in stress which is harmful to both the body and the mind.
