S. Daniel Leon - President and COO of Celsius (, he's co-founded and led multiple companies and not-for-profit organizations. Before Governing Dynamics, where is he a managing partner, and Celsius, he was CEO of Atlis Labs, a venture-backed local discovery platform powered by real-time customer referrals. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Beyon3D and chairman of HereO. He was also general manager, of Ground Link, which raised more than $30 million in funding during his tenure. He started his career as VP of the Gallup Organization. He is a founding board member of Act for Israel, and also a founding member of AIPAC Technology Division, Beresheet, and Moatza (merged with IAC NY).

Ram Berrouet - Co-creator of Passchain (, Ram is a serial entrepreneur, early stage startup investor, dApp developer, and mobile app developer. He's been trading cryptocurrencies since 2013, is extremely bullish about the future that blockchain provides, and is very active in growing the space.

Rick Dudley - President of Vulcanize, a firm providing decentralized applications with blockchain technical guidance, project management, and code & security audits; & Blockchain Architect for Omega One. Previously with ConsenSys, where he developed a patent in provably fair gaming and designed novel cryptographic protocols.

Biser Dimitrov - Technology Director for BlockEx, Biser is a serial entrepreneur, software engineer, and product designer with more than a decade of experience building products for companies small and large including NHiS and Tradologic. He has successfully delivered DLT based applications to Fortune 500 Banks and has over 15 years computer science experience.

Joshua Ashley Klayman - Chair of the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance's Legal Working Group ( and founding member and head of Morrison Foerster’s Blockchain + Smart Contracts Group ( In her corporate practice, Ms. Klayman represents public and private organizations including investment banks and other financial institutions; private equity, venture and hedge funds and their portfolio companies; major publicly traded organizations (including, without limitation, bio-pharmaceutical companies, REITs and apparel companies) and professional sports teams.


James Andrew - Currently working to bring 3D graphics to the field of blockchain visualization and cryptocurrency trading. James has an extensive history in trading, starting with him, in 2002, designing, implementing, and operating one of the first High Frequency Trading algorithms on the NASDAQ market. Now, he envisions a future where crypto trading is gamified and likely conducted primarily in Virtual Reality - and is also one of New York's leading virtual reality experts.
