Join this group of meditation newbies as we discuss and practice simple beginner meditation techniques for stress management, peace and clarity. New to Meditation? No experience is needed.
Our purpose during this meeting is to maintain a comfortable, safe and relaxed place to learn and practice basic meditation strategies. Each meeting is unique and has a different meditation (sometimes guided, sometimes not). Meetings always include at least two 5-10 minute meditations and judgement-free discussions. We have limited space in our cozy living room and will keep this meeting small and intimate. This is a friendly group of professionals who want more joy in their careers!
