Meetup every Thursday from 6:30am - 7:30am for meditation practice. The practice includes one 40-minute meditation session and a brief Buddhist service. The sitting and service end around 7:30am. Following that, for those who can stay, we enjoy making and sharing a breakfast... typically either a tofu-vegetable scramble or vegan/gluten-free waffles. Breakfast wraps up around 9:30am.
