What we're about

Greetings! So glad you've found this meet up.
Do you consider yourself a slow runner? Are you a beginning runner or even completely new to running? If you are a walker or runner and average a leisurely 10-13 minute mile pace, then this is the group for you. All levels welcome and encouraged!
Our goals are to get outside, to move our bodies, and to ENJOY the process. We push ourselves, but we LISTEN to our bodies. We will walk/run most runs. We are motivated by finding the positives and gradual progress - building strength, skills and ENJOYING THE PROCESS.
Together we are strong - and getting faster :)
