At Being Mindful we teach the gold-standard 8-week mindfulness course (MBSR/MBCT) which will help you develop present-moment awareness, reduce stress and enjoy your life more fully. The teacher Tessa Watt has been delivering mindfulness courses since 2009 to hundreds of students, including teaching in Parliament and other leading organisations. She is the author of Mindfulness and Mindful London and has been practising herself for 25 years. She is an Associate of the Oxford Mindfulness Centre and and has trained with Bangor University.
