Join in for all-levels hatha yoga classes that are open to all from the first time practitioner to the every-day committed yogi. My background includes Forrest Yoga and Yin Yoga certifications as well as extensive practice in vinyasa, hatha and partner yoga. Each class includes pranayama, yin poses, asana practice and closing meditation. I create an energetic, fun and safe atmosphere to build community through exploration, play and shared practice. The focus is on guiding you as you connect to YOUR body TODAY, encouraging you to listen to what is supportive and healthy for you, and empowering your increasing awareness about how to best take care of You.
