  • Do you want to make real progress toward reaching your personal and professional goals? Napoleon Hill, author of the book Think and Grow Rich introduced the term Master Mind. His quote says it all, "The Mastermind may be defined as a coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose."

There are many versions of masterminding today. I learned how to create and facilitate mastermind groups from Jack Canfield, author of Chicken Soup for The Soul books and The Success Principles. I’ve been a member of several mastermind groups over the years, my most recent group has met twice a month every month since 2012. I wouldn’t be where I am today without their support and assistance. I’m introducing this format for success acceleration because I’m committed to helping you, the seeker of more happiness and success, how to create your vision of a better life, whether it’s in your work, relationships, health or with your money. A mastermind group can focus special energy on your effort – in the form of knowledge, experience resources, referrals and spiritual energy. The mix of people in a mastermind is of great importance, as the goal is to bring in people who are working at levels above you, below you and in complimentary jobs and industries. The ideal size for a mastermind group is 5-6 people. If it’s smaller it can lose its dynamic, larger and it gets unwieldly. The sweet spot is to have the discipline work so well that everyone gets a chance to be heard and supported and lend similar support to the other members. The Mastermind experience provides a unique opportunity to develop deep, trusting relationships with dynamic and exciting people who are going for their goals!

The trick to maintaining a powerfully successful Mastermind group is to follow the same discipline for each meeting. The job of leader, timekeeper and invocation presenter will rotate. The time and length of each meeting should remain the same, with each member accountable to attend each meeting and be on time. Other aspects of a successful mastermind format are critical to learn for the group to thrive for a long time. The longer you stay in a mastermind group, the higher you fly.

You are invited to attend one of the 2016 meetings to explore your placement in a Mastermind Group that suits you best. If you are interested in joining a group, please sign up to attend. Once you sign up, I’ll email you a questionnaire to be completed prior to the meeting. Once you are placed, your group will schedule a time to meet regularly that works best for everyone. I will facilitate your group for six meetings in order to teach and establish the discipline. Each member will pay a small fee for my facilitation. After six weeks, groups can determine if they want to move forward on their own or extend my facilitation. I invite you to take your life to the next level. Some of the most successful people in the world use this format iand take huge steps forward in their life and career. I want you to have that opportunity. Feel free to email me with any questions you may have - [masked]. Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to facilitating the next step of your growth.
