We just had a *Sold Out* dinner event on[masked], so we've been asked to create an encore performance of Patricia's amazing Peruvian menu on Saturday, March 19th.
Peruvian cuisine reflects local practices and ingredients—including influences from the indigenous population including the Inca and those brought in with immigrants from Europe (Spanish, Italian and German), Asia (Chinese and Japanese), and West Africa. Without the familiar ingredients from their home countries, they modified their traditional cuisines by using ingredients available in Peru.
The menu will also include Chupe de Viernes, Pastel de Choclo, and will conclude with a dessert called Ile flottante à la crème anglaise. Wine and other drinks will be available for purchase at the event.
