What we're about

Effective communication skills give us the foundation for healthy personal and professional relationships. Solid relationships give us the foundation for community, belonging, effective teamwork, and durable results.

In this group you will gain access to instruction and practice offered by qualified professionals.

One of the practices we will be relying on is Marshall Rosenberg's process Nonviolent Communication (NVC), which was named out of a sense of alignment with Gandhi's movement of truth-telling and compassion.

NVC is a world-famous, proven, time-tested methodology for:
- offering compassionate understanding to others (and knowing when & how to ask for it ourselves),
- creating mutual understanding without coercion,
- speaking your truth in a way that is clear, powerful, and more likely to lead to harmony than conflict,
- creating exceptional personal and professional relationships, and
- preventing and resolving misunderstandings and conflicts.
