Bellydance: Elements & Drills
This is a Bellydance, Elements+Drills class. All levels welcome. We will focus on learning & perfecting the essential elements, alignment, conditioning and drills that will help you become a strong and flexible dancer. *PLEASE NOTE: if you are not satisfied with your 1st class, the $12 fee will be waived {{Please RSVP by 9pm the night before our 12pm class}} **If you have any health concerns, especially ANY SERIOUS BACK PROBLEMS or are PREGNANT, please consult your doctor first, before attempting any unusual physical activities.** WHERE: Classes run in Irvine (Woodbridge area) For the address please text on the day of class:[masked]. Accessible to most, it can be as mild or as strenuous as you choose, but it’s always equally beautiful and feminine. It never gets old or boring, because it’s a constant creative process. It keeps challenging you physically, and yes, mentally as well! Bellydance is also an amazing form of therapy, a wonderful release of stress and tension. It empowers and encourages a positive body image. It fulfills your emotional need for feeling confident and beautiful, both inside and out. As a relatively “young” style, Tribal Fusion Bellydance is dogma-free and allows for a possibility of exploring uncharted territories through creating your personal, unique style. Overall, Bellydance is one of the most perfect ways to invest your time that will reward you richly on all levels of your being: physical, emotional, mental. About My Goddess Power project:

My Goddess Power™ is a project aimed to provide physical and emotional empowerment to a woman by tapping into her natural inner power and thus enabling her to reach her full potential in any area of application.

My Goddess Power™ Project currently includes two chapters: MGP Workout and MGP Circle. Follow the links below for more information.

I. My Goddess Power™ Circle is conceived as an ongoing monthly group for women who are motivated to enrich their lives through knowledge, self-work and interdependent cooperation.

Our meetings will host interesting presentations dedicated to a variety of topics that are relevant and vital to our daily lives, our emotional and physical health, our spiritual fulfillment, etc. The evenings will be held in an warm, playful and relaxing atmosphere, where ladies will be able to connect, bond and freely share their thoughts, concerns and nuggets of wisdom, as well as provide support to one another.
The idea of the Circle does not recognize limitations in religious, political, societal and any other aspects. In other words, every woman is welcome to join our Circle, as long as she is willing to contribute a friendly, respectful, tolerant and constructive attitude.
There are no membership fees and no commitments. Our meetings are donation-based and women can come and go as they please.

2. My Goddess Power™ BELLY DANCE FITNESS classes: we get together to work out and enjoy the beauty and inspiration of Belly Dance! We believe that even vigorous workout should be fun, creative and uplifting, and we love connecting with the deep, ancient wisdom of our body through dance.
Join us for fun and unique workouts, created by a certified fitness trainer and experienced bellydancer, Tamara Eristavi. Our workouts are designed to shape your body, empower your mind and nurture your soulful, feminine side.
All exercises are based on simplified elements of the ancient art of Belly Dancing which is very beneficial to the whole body. It works the majority of muscles and joints, provides a healing, invigorating massage to internal organs, encourages positive self-image and brings emotional fulfillment.
In addition, our signature classes include principles from Chinese Qi Gong, Yoga, as well as special tools for emotional empowerment and stress release.
