What we're about

The group will focus on Healthy living, mental, physical and spiritual growth.

We will perform physical training, outside and inside, nutrition discussion before and after.

After workouts will be a group discussion and a few minutes for self inner healing. Breathing and overall health.

The group was founded on the principle that unlike a gym where you work out and after the class people scatter without the ability to discuss:

What they enjoyed about the class

What was difficult ~what was easy

What people take beforehand, pre workouts, amino acids, protein drinks

The cool down period and how for a few hours after excersise our oxygen intake is greater and allows for more fat loss.

Here, when the cool down phase begins we will discover and discuss what is going on with the body and why it is important to listen to what it is telling you.
