Join us for the inaugural Berkeley Emeryville BioScience Reception. Enjoy the beautiful atrium of 717 Potter Street with your colleagues in an informal setting including drinks and light refreshments.
Together Berkeley and Emeryville represent a dynamic center for discovery and manufacturing in biosciences. Biotech was invented here and a significant concentration of life science companies makes their home in our midst. The Cities of Berkeley and Emeryville are working together to build awareness of our BioScience Cluster to expand the base of companies thriving on the synergies that proximity brings. We are pleased to have Doug Crawford of the QB3 Incubator and Tim Gartner of Amyris make brief presentations on their work and what it means to be doing it so close to UC Berkeley and the Berkeley Lab.
