With a background in Social Sciences and Communication, she research on the intersection of digital capitalism, symbolic power, and machine learning classification systems. Milagros study data science works ethnographically, observing how workers reflect upon the societal implications of their roles and creations. Her research aims at gaining insights on decision-making processes and common work practices, to identify where power lays and how it is exercised. 2. Lean Coffee - select and discuss topics you are interested in. It is a structured but agenda-less meeting. Participants gather, build an agenda, and begin talking. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically generated.
