Meet at local healthy eating establishments. Education on dining out and eating in. How to improve your health with diet and lifestyle changes. Led by a holistic health and wellness advocate, coach, author, and public speaker, who's passion is with educating others on the importance of prevention vs. just treating a symptom. Quality of life is so important. Looking for fitness instructors, alternative health practitioners, functional medicine, etc. to collaborate with and bring prevention education to the community.
