Sylvia Taylor, SolutionsIQ, Organizational Development Consultant, Team Coach

Sylvia has 15 years of experience working with startups and global fortune 500 companies across Europe and the U.S. in High Tech, Telecommunications, and Finance. These companies invest in Teaming, a combination of Organizational Development, Change Management, and Team Performance.  As a certified ScrumMaster, Team Performance Model© Practitioner, and Core Protocols Instructor, Sylvia’s goal is to enable teams and leaders to live – not just use – Agile principles.

We were all so engaged in the listening skill, I forgot to ask how you suggest or have seen teams include experimentation in sprint planning? There may not be a deliverable, or if there is a deliverable how have you seen planning done to not put the deliverable feature in too big of risk?
