Different routes will progress in distance and difficulty throughout the summer cycling season. We'll follow an assortment of varying routes that run north of Clyde and generally weave around NC-209.* HELMETS REQUIRED

ALL RIDE LEVELS "HoW" is "Health on Wheels" and meant as an introductory level cycling ride. Faster cyclists are welcome to attend but will probably be on their own.
