The Cove's philosophy is Eat Well! Live Well! They serve SOL food! Sustainable, Organic, Local."
This sounds like a nice alternative to the regular Blue Star Missions Ride. Let's meet at the cove restaurant at 7:30 am then ride to Alamo bike shop and start the ride at 8:00am. We will ride to the missions via the trail. It's about 20 miles in total.
When our ride is complete we'll hang out at The Cove for food and drinks. The food and drinks are really good here. They have been featured on Food Network's Diners, Drive In's and Dives, in the New York Times, and in Texas Monthly Magazine. We can eat outdoors with our bikes by our table or secure them in our vehicles. The restaurant and beer garden is extremely casual and laid back. I'm going to make this a bi-weekly ride.
