Thank you for visiting this group. My name is Maria I am a former competitive swimming athlete, personal trainer and passionate spinning instructor. My goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle and help people to change the way they approach nutrition and training. I teach a variety of classes types to keep your workouts fresh, fun and effective. You will never get board! I do not focus on the individual workout but rather creating a plan for several weeks to achieve visible results. I love to challenge different body parts in different fitness aspects such as strength, flexibility, mobility and co-ordination. You might find sessions with me a bit challenging but your goal is my priority and I will make sure you will achieve it by continuously tracking and revising your progress. HIIT classes are dynamic classes in a friendly, high energy and approachable environment, aims to empower the participants and provide support on their fitness journey. This incredible 45-minute session combines high-energy fat-melting cardio with a body-strengthening complete workout, focusing on toning those all-important bums, legs and tums. Leave each session feeling sweaty, toned and 100% body confident!
