What we're about

All are welcome,

The intention is to invite big guys looking to do a bit of exercise and perhaps drop a few pounds, have fun and feel encouraged; but family and friends can join in as well. We can start slow and easy, and build up from there. Anyone that would like to go out for bike rides or hiking walks in or around Whitby is welcome.

More details about when and where will come later as more people become interested and the weather becomes friendlier.
