The 4-Hour Body book discussion. What'd you think? Are you superhuman yet?

Let's get together and share our thoughts on 4HB. I would love to hear from any of you following one of its protocols, whether Slow Carb, the AGG/PAG stack, cold showers, or the path to becoming a superlover.

Discussion will be informal - as roundtable as bean bag chairs can get.  Be prepared to engage in friendly talk!

    You know it's a good meetup when kettlebell swings are demoed. It was and they were. We had a good mix of men/women -- it was interesting to learn about the major differences in their 4HB experiences. Helpful to hear experiences with PAGG stack, probiotics and other nutraceuticals. We also brainstormed a new supplement, rounding out the night. :)
